Engineering Scope & Project Overview

Sports Rock Pub - Bar Renovation & 3-Phase Commercial Upgrade

The Field Challenge

The existing commercial panel was maxed out with multiple doubled-up breakers, causing nuisance tripping during peak sports broadcast hours with heavy commercial ice maker and draft cooler draws.

The Master Electrician Solution

Installed a 400A 120/208V 3-phase distribution panel, separated high-draw refrigeration circuits, and routed commercial conduit above dropped acoustical ceilings. Integrated smooth low-voltage LED drivers for perimeter and under-bar ambiance.
